How Do I Add Items To My Shopping Bag?
When viewing an item on the product detail page, you may add an item to your cart by simply selecting your size and specifying quantity needed. To complete the action, add the item to your shopping bag by clicking the “Add To Cart” button.

How Do I Place An Order?
After you have added an item to your cart, you will be prompted to review your shopping cart. Here, you may review all items in your cart, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page. Once you have finished, you may either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order.

How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@exhibit381.com. We generally process orders within 24-72 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order we will not be able to make any changes.

I Just Placed My Order. Can I Add Another Item To It?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We will be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.

How Do I Check Out?

  • Step 1: By clicking the “Proceed to Check Out” button on your cart page, you will be asked to either sign-in to your account or to click continue as a guest if you do not have an account.
  • Step 2: If you do not have an account, you will be asked to enter your billing address information. If paying by credit card, you will need to make sure that this billing address matches exactly what the credit card company has on file. If your billing address is the same as your ship to address, you may proceed to the next step or, you may edit your shipping address to a different one by clicking edit.
  • Step 3: Choose which shipping method you would like to use for delivery.
  • Step 4: To complete your order, simply confirm by reviewing your total amount and enter in your payment information. We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. Then click the “Complete Order” button. Upon completion, you will be given an order number and you will receive an email confirmation of your order details.

What Are The Payment Options?
We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express credit card payments, as well as PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Note, your account will be charged as soon as you secure your order.

How Is My Payment Processed?
Orders that are just placed will be shown as an authorization or pending transaction on your bank account. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 24–72 hours). If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

Was I Charged Twice?
Your credit card will only be charged once after your order ships. Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.

I Get An Error Message When I Enter My Shipping And Billing Addresses. What Is Going On?
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).

What Can I Do If The Payment For My Order Is Declined?
• Check the card details on your Exhibit381 account to make sure the information is correct (e.g. the expiration date, card type, or your billing address).
• The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file.
• Make sure you enter the security code correctly – that is the three-digit number on the back of your card.
• Your card issuer may have declined your payment – as they do not tell us the reason for this. It is best to check with them.
• If you have checked all of the above, try paying with another card.
If you have tried all of these and are still having problems, contact our Customer Care Team via info@exhibit381.com with as many details as you can about the issue – including any error messages you receive and we will try to resolve it as soon as we can.

Where Is My Order Confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info@exhibit381.com to your safe sender list.

Why Was My Order Cancelled?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

What Are The Shipping Policies?
• When placing orders, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement.
• If your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held until verified. We may need to contact you directly in regards to this.
• When entering shipping information, be sure to check that the zip code, city, and state are correct. If incorrect or it does not match the delivery service’s record, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.
• Standard shipping orders are generally received within 3-8 business days of shipped out date, not necessarily purchased date. Please keep in mind that this is an estimate not including weekends or holidays.
• Standard shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States.
• An email notification will be sent to notify you of your shipping information.

When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website or check your tracking number that was provided.

What Are The Care Instructions?
Always read the care label and washing instructions before washing your clothes. They are also noted on the individual merchandise page.

What are the Return Policies?
• All items sold at full price must be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached. Items must be free of makeup stains and odor.
• Return slip must be filled out and mailed back along with your invoice and returned items.
• A return shipping label is available upon request. Please contact customer service for the label and place it on the outside of your return package and drop off at your nearest USPS location.
• All SALE items are FINAL sale.
• All accessories are final sale including body suits and undergarments.
• We do not accept exchanges at this time.

We do not have any at the moment. We are an online-only fashion store, which means you can shop with us 24/7 nation-wide.
